Democratizing Design: An Inclusive Approach to Technology Strategy

Over the past few months, the City of Philadelphia has been crafting a new technology strategic plan that outlines broad goals and priorities for the next few years, and has been informed by members of the public. In this "non-presentation," members of the City's Innovation Management team, as well as employees from diverse departments, will share how they created the plan, the importance of soliciting feedback over the course of the design process, and what actual areas the government will be focusing on in the future.
